Crickitia respects intellectual-property rights. This page explains how rights holders can request review or removal of material hosted on Crickitia. It is intended as a practical copyright/takedown process and does not limit any rights available under applicable law.
How to submit a notice
Send your request to contact@crickitia.com and include:
- Your full name and a reliable way to contact you.
- Identification of the copyrighted work or other protected material you believe is affected.
- The exact Crickitia URL where the material appears.
- A clear explanation of the issue and the action you are requesting.
- If applicable, the original project/repository URL and relevant license information.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for the rights holder.
Open-source license concerns
If your concern is not copyright ownership but attribution, source availability, license notice, commercial-use restrictions or another open-source compliance issue, please say so clearly. We can review the hosted copy, project credits and license notice separately from a removal request.
What happens next
We may temporarily restrict access to disputed material while reviewing a credible request. We may ask for additional information when necessary. If the issue can be corrected by restoring attribution, a license notice or a source-code link, we may make that correction instead of removing the entire game where appropriate.
False or abusive notices
Please do not submit knowingly false, misleading or abusive notices. A takedown process should be used in good faith.
