2. Third-party open-source games
Many games on Crickitia originate from independent open-source projects. Those projects may have their own license terms, notices and attribution requirements. The license governing a game remains applicable even when the game is hosted on Crickitia. See our Game Licenses & Credits page.
3. Ownership
The Crickitia site design, original written content and branding belong to their respective owner(s). Third-party game code, artwork, music, names, logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective creators or rights holders. Hosting a project does not transfer ownership to Crickitia.
4. Availability
Games and pages may be changed, updated, temporarily unavailable or removed without notice. We do not guarantee that every game will work on every browser, device or operating system.
5. No warranty
The website and hosted games are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility, accuracy, security or fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Crickitia is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website, a third-party open-source game or an external link. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
